From the hotel, 3 circuits are available for your sporty stay: |
1st day: A la pointe de la Vendée (70 km) |
This circuit allows you to breathe in the sea air of Southern Vendée, neighbouring Charente-Maritime which lies just the other side of the Aiguillon bay. Nature can also be cruel and dangerous, as we are reminded by the great storms and the powerful seawalls. |
2nd day: Côté mer et côté terre (39km) |
This circuit matches the great journey through the vast marshy area slowly conquered by man over sea. The back country boasts a rich heritage whilst the sea front and the forest offer a chance for millions of holiday makers to rest and relax. |
3rd day: De la préhistoire à Clémenceau (70km) - From prehistory to Clemenceau
|
This circuit makes you discover Vendée’s historical roots which are a testimony of man’s presence as early as the Neolithic period. The itinerary takes you through centuries up to 20th Century with Clémenceau’s house. |
